1. Eligibility for Returns: Custom printed items are eligible for return only if there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. Changes or modifications made by the customer after the order confirmation cannot be considered for returns.

 2. Notification of Issues: Customers must notify Axianta Store within 15 Days of receiving the custom printed item if there is a defect or error. Please contact our customer service team at issues@axiantastore.com to report the issue and provide relevant details.Our team will review the reported issue and may request supporting documentation, such as photographs, to assess the problem. We reserve the right to determine the validity of the claim and whether a return is warranted.

3. Return Authorization: Once the issue is verified, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the item. The RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package.

Economy Shipping offers the added convenience of utilizing a common carrier shipping option and USPS (United States Postal Service) delivery to residential addresses. Economy Shipping delivers to all 50 US States and US Territories. Packages shipped using Economy Shipping are delivered to the USPS facility closest to your delivery address. USPS will then deliver the package to a residential address.
